Congratulations! You are now the proud owner of a LightHawk or LightSpeed Discus Launch Glider. Your kit already has a high degree of completion. Only a few steps remain to ready your plane for flight. Assembly steps for the LightHawk and LightSpeed are the same.
Before starting work, see Preparation
and Setup to help organize and make sure you have the tools and materials
you need. Then go to Assembly Overview and
begin your work.

Using the Online Assembly Guide
We recommend you do your pre-assembly reading online, where you can take advantage of the hypertext links.
When you are ready to start assembly and outfitting, we suggest printing the relevant topics and bring the paper to your bench.
To print any topic from a Windows computer, just right click in the topic pane and select Print. In many printer drivers you can specify which pane should print. If your output also gets the table of contents pane, go to your printer setup preferences and select just the right pane. No need to print the Table of Contents more than once.
We are also adding photo essays that summarize each procedure. In these you'll find larger images. Photo essays are linked from the top of each topic.
